Janelle Smith, MS, RDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in celiac disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and eating disorders. As "Ask the Dietitian" and Medical Advisory Board Member with the Celiac Disease Foundation, Janelle educates clinicians and patients on the importance and intricacies of the gluten free diet for those with a medical need. Janelle is available for consulting with businesses and clinicians who serve those with gluten-related disorders. Janelle's expertise has been featured in Today's Dietitian Magazine, Gluten-Free Living Magazine, and webinars for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Celiac Disease Foundation. Janelle also treats patients in her private practice in West Los Angeles.
